At TraValue we don't believe to bind our customers in terms & conditions. yet we need some kind of understanding where we can create WIN - WIN situation for both of us. There for we request you to read our service commitment so you can understand us better. 

Our commitment to service is based on total customer satisfaction. We always try to provide you qualitative service in reasonable time frame at reasonable charges. We will be there for you 12 x 7. 10am to 10pm.

Before Sales of service: - Personal visit for presentation of our service and pre – application consultation. We can visit your home/office or you can visit our office and will give you detailed idea about our service, charges, payment procedures and working method.

During the service: - We will update you about your application and will be in regular touch about your application. We may not be able to give you exact progress of your service in case third party is involved or technical difficulties are there. You can also contact us if you have any doubts or further requirements.

After sales:- We will keep you updated about our company , services , new offers through our websites / e-mail / sms / call. 

What you can expect from us: -

Respect:- At TraValue we respect our clients and their requirements. We always listen to your requirements and try to understand your individual needs.

Easy access to basic information: - You have an easy access to our website 24 x 7, for basic service and company information. For specific requirements you can send us the e.mail, we will answer you in 24 to 72 hours. We will be available to answer your calls/sms between 10.00 am to 10.00 pm (If you are calling from USA we will try to receive your calls during 09.00 am to 11.00pm) In case we are not able to receive your calls we will revert back to you in half an hour to 24 hours.

Service within reasonable time frame: - At TraValue we believe in giving you a service in reasonable time frame. We will give you this time frame at the time of receiving application. Though estimate service charge is given to you, we may have to charge you extra for any additional demand or work involves.

Visiting Time:- We understand the value of your times. So when we will be visiting your office/home we will try to be at your venue on time (+ / - 45 minutes) any further delay will be intimated to you on call/sms.

Quality information:-  We will provide you quality information within  reasonable time ( usually 24 hours to 72 hours)  

Transparent Service:- We believe in being transparent with our clients and transparent in our services.

Genuine Consultation:- We believe in giving genuine consulting service even though we may have to lose the business. We may charge you nominal consulting charges for the same to use our resource.

Complaints & Suggestions:-  We always welcome if you have any complaints regarding  our service , As we believe that if you will not complain than who will ? This helps us to improvise our service. (We will not be able accept/clear any complaints regarding third party service as this are things are  beyond our control)

Appreciation: - If you will not appreciate us than who will?  Your appreciation helps us to decide whether we are going on right track or not? 

What we expect from you: - GIVING A PRIORITY TO PROJECT YOU HAVE ASSIGNED TO US. 

At TraValue we believe in providing you better service within reasonable time frame we also expect something from you to give you a better service for your requirements.

Respect: - We respect our client a lot and at the same time we also expect the same respect and courtesy from you. We may not full fill any demands    which are unreasonable or unrealistic.

When you call us: - Please give us your name and phone no. so we can contact in future if needed. Be clear about your requirements because you only know better about your requirements. If you have any doubts please don’t hesitate to ask us.

On our 1st meeting:- We request you to keep all the suggested documents/ details  ready. So we can guide you in proper way.

Visa Forms:-  Filling up the visa forms is our responsibility but we need correct information/documents for the same. So please give us all the information along with other document. If you are not able to give these details at that time, Please make sure that you provide those details to us in 72 hours. Failing to do so will delay your application procedure.

Information & Documents: - Decision we make are based on information/documents you provide us, Inform us as soon as possible if you have made a mistake or if you think we have made a mistake.  We expect you to give us the correct information within reasonable time frame (usually 24 to 72 hours). Any incorrect information or delay in providing information will    delay   your application process.  Please provide us the proper documents as per list given to you. If asked for originals please give us the originals. When asked for the Xerox please gives us the clear readable Xerox. When asked us for scan copy of the documents please give us properly scanned documents (we/ may not accept copies taken by I phone/smart phone)

Timely response to our queries/requirement:- If we have asked you for any further information please provide the same in 24 to 72 hours. If proper and timely feedback/reply is not received we should not be held responsible for any delay or cancellation of the process. If any process is cancelled or delayed we will be forced to charge extra for the same. 

Collection of your documents: - If you have been asked to collect your documents please collect it within 3 to 7 days. We will not be able to keep your documents with us for more than that period.You are requested to check all the contents in your passport / visa upon arrival. 

Payments: - We must receive all payment along with the documents only. We may not be able to refund your money in case the procedure is already started. We may adjust this/part amount in the future project. 

Visiting our Office: - Please be on time (+/ - 45 minutes) or intimate us the further delay. As we may have appointment fixed before / after your appointment. Please bring all the suggested documents along with you. So we can provide you better service/consultation.
